The journey takes approximately 6-7 hours, passing through lush countryside, rolling hills, and traditional homesteads. A brief stop in Mbarara allows you to stretch and enjoy lunch before proceeding to the park.

Upon arrival in the afternoon, check in at your lodge and relax before heading out for an exciting evening game drive. This drive offers a chance to spot Uganda’s diverse wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and the elusive leopards that emerge as the sun sets. The golden light of the evening enhances the breathtaking landscapes, making it an excellent opportunity for photography.
