How to reach Lake mutanda resort

Lake Mutanda Resort can be accessed by flying into Kisoro airstrip from Entebbe International Airport. This is the most convenient way and the airstrip is near the resort. There are daily domestic flights scheduled in the morning and afternoon by domestic Airline companies.

Alternatively, you can access Lake Mutanda Resort from Entebbe International Airport in Uganda to Kisoro district while driving. This takes about 9 to 10 hours. From here, you can either hire a private car and driver or take a scheduled shuttle to reach the resort which will take at least 45 minutes depending on road and weather conditions.

Visitors should note that roads that lead to Lake Mutanda Resort may be rough in some areas, so you are advised to choose a reliable mode of transportation and plan your journey ahead. Additionally, it is recommended to travel during day time to ensure better views of the equator and the beautiful landscape plus safety on the road.
